Our policy lasts 7-14 days. If the specified time frame has passed since the delivery of your product, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS:
For new orders, we confirm the delivery address via email before dispatching the parcel. During this time, you have the option to cancel or edit your order. However, once the parcel is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. Rest assured, you are protected under our free returns policy if the product is not as advertised.
2. Shipping, Returns, and Fees
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
